This Dead Sea Salt body scrub is made of high quality ingredients. All you have to do is read the list of ingredients to know that this is a fabulous product. It contains the following:
Dead Sea Salt, Paraffinum Liquidum, Apricot (Prunus Armeniaca) Kernel Oil, Avocado (Persea Gratissima) Oil, Isopropyl Palmitate, Isopropyl Myristate, Sweet Almond (Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis) Oil, Fragrance, Propylene Glycol & Aloe Vera Gel & Jojoba (Buxus Chinensis) Extract & Ginseng (Panax Ginseng) Extract & Chamomile (Anthemis Nobilis) Extract & Papaya (Carica Papaya) Extract, Grape (Vitis Vinifera) Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Algae Extract, BHT, Sesame (Sesamum Indicum) Oil.
Now, I can't tell you what all of these ingredients do, but they obviously work together to create a wonderful product that exfoliates and leaves behind a moisturized layer of younger looking skin. As I understand it, the Dead Sea Salt infuses your skin with minerals and moisture, and the oils in the scrub also help to moisturize and rejuvenate. However it works, my skin feels and look fabulous.
The scrub smells very nice. It has a pleasant aroma that isn't perfumy or over-powering. It's also gentle. I've used some scrubs that feel like I'm taking a grinder to my skin, but not this one. I just take a small amount on my fingertips and start massaging it all over my skin, adding more when I need to. I have also used this in conjunction with a loofah, to work the scrub all over my body. I especially like to pay special attention to areas that tend to get dry, rough patches, like my elbows and knees. The scrub rinses away without leaving any type of oily or filmy residue. Pat your skin dry, and feel how soft your skin is. In my opinion this is the perfect scrub.
