Product Review: Omega 3 Fish Oil

My doctor recommended that I start taking an Omega 3 supplement last year.  I've been taking Omega 3 fish oil supplements for a little over a year now.  After trying several different supplement brands I can honestly say they are not all the same.  That's one of the reasons I was glad to get to try this one from Quality Encapsulations.  I'm always looking for high quality, affordable supplements. Omega 3 rich fish oil dramatically improves health in variety of ways, including cardiovascular health, circulation, improved immunity and brain function, as well as lowering bad cholesterol levels.

I've found that some fish oil supplements have a fishy after taste. I've used some that were hard to swallow, but these from Quality Encapsulations have neither of these qualities.  This supplement offers 600 Mg DHA + 800 Mg EPA Per serving.  That's just what my body needs to stay healthy.

Among some of the things I like about this product are the high quality ingredients.  You can easily tell that this is a high quality product.  The pills are also easy to swallow, and I don't notice that fishy aftertaste that I've had with some Omega 3 supplements.  I haven't had any stomach upset while taking this supplement.  I took one Omega 3 supplement that left me emitting a "fishy" odor from my skin.  As soon as I noticed that I stopped taking that brand.  I've been taking this one for a couple of weeks now and haven't had that type of problem, which thrills me.  If I'm going to smell like a fish, I won't be taking the Omega 3!  I can guarantee that!  All in all, I am extremely happy with this Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement and plan to continue taking it into the foreseeable future.  As long as my diet lacks the nutrients, vitamins and minerals I need to keep me healthy I'll have to continue taking supplements.
