Oil Pulling: A Review of Sesame Oil (50% off Coupon)

Oil Pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic remedy for oral health and detoxification.  It involves the use of pure oils as agents for pulling harmful bacteria, fungus, and other organisms out of the mouth, teeth, gums and even the throat.  The most effective oil pulling is done by placing about a tablespoon of cold pressed organic sesame oil in the mouth and swishing the oil around in your mouth for about 10-15 minutes, and then spitting it out.  I decided that I might give this a try to see if I could reap the benefits of an ancient practice, by using  Sublime Beauty Natural's Organic Pure Sesame Oil.  I'll be honest.  I wasn't sure if this was a process I could handle, as I was unsure of how it would taste, or feel in my mouth. 

Product Review: Sublime Beauty's Dry Skin Brush

Until now, I had never tried skin brushing.  I have to say I wasn't sure how true the hype was, or if it really did all that it claimed for your skin.  I am a true believer now.  This is a great skin brush by Sublime Beauty. It does an amazing job exfoliating my skin and removing all those dead skin cells. My skin is glowing now, and looks amazing. The brush feels great and invigorates my skin. Some of the rough patches that I've been dealing with due to dry skin are much softer now that all the dead skin has been removed. I had read in the past that skin brushing is a great way to increase circulation in your skin and get that healthy glow that I've seen on so many other women. I wanted that glow, and now I have it. The brush is made of all natural bristles and has a nice wooden handle/base. The attached strap makes it easy to use on all parts of my body that need exfoliating. It comes in a nice pouch that makes it suitable for taking with me when I travel. The brush is small, but an integral part of my daily routine now. This small brush has done wonders for my skin and I can't imagine I'll ever not use a skin brush again.
